My husband and 2 daughters came in last night around 6pm. My 2 year old has severe food allergies. After checking their allergy menu I ordered my daughter the kids hamburger. The server (Sara) overheard my husband and I talking about what my daughter was able to eat and asked us about her allergies. When our food came out, the manager (Don) also came out and said the hamburger bun had eggs in them, so they left the bun off. I was so grateful they were being so diligent because the allergy menu said there were no eggs in the hamburger.

Eating out with a child who has food allergies is tough. Having a restaurant who is looking out for your child is a relief! Thank you Don and Sara!

BWW is one of the best options to go to but yesterday we had a horrible experience with the hosts because they where obviously selecting who was first who was second, ht name on her tag was Bob, I know strange name for a girl right but I noticed that of the afroamericano girl. Me and my friend arrived at the restaurant and I have my number and name so we sat for over an hour and we saw people who came after us being called first and we know they didn't call in advance because like me they where also giving their name and number, so we kept waiting until I got tired and luckily I saw the manager next to her so I walked up to him and he asked me if I was being helped so I told him not and that I was checking on how long was going to take before I got a table for 2 and right after that she had a look on her face like she had no choice but to sit us down.
I know if the manager was not there at the moment she would have just keep us waiting longer and longer.
I really hope she gets removed from the front because she sure does not give a very good costumer service.

Worst service ever. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a place that caters to mostly teenagers but when you're sitting at the bar, you expect reasonable service. The bartenders literally walk around the bar and ignore new customers for a good 5 minutes, after they finally take your drink order they walk around the bar a few more times before they finally make your drinks.

The food was fine but we won't be going back ever again just due to poor service.

Although I understand with football season the restaurant was very busy with many people waiting for a table, the hostess Chelsea was extremely rude and unhelpful and gave the impression that we were annoying her. When asked for an approximate wait time when we arrived she replied "I don't even know" with no explanation. As we went to leave to another restaurant we walked around the side where there was an entire empty patio not being utilized. Perfect weather today for patio seating! We love Buffalo Wild Wings but they gave less than expected service today.

So if you have read my past reviews, I stay away from reviewing franchise. Not that I have never reviewd one, but I tend to stay away. And i stay away cause of one thing, ITS A FRANCHISE. For them its a routine. Its like a route for a person who does Vending Machine. Food has to be in a certain way, customer service has to be in a certain way, answers given to customers has to be in a certain way etc. However, there are few franchises who thinks outside the box. Anyways enough of me blabbering bout franchises. They are not bad people k guys! This one is special.

I am 95% vegetarian and 5% I give away when I see chicken. I try to stay away from any meat, or fish. But once in a while I crave Chicken Wings. Don't Judge Alright, Leave me alone!!! . Anyways, when I crave wings I go to none other than " BUFFALO WILD WINGS". I go here for one and only one main reason: "MANGO HABANERO". They have perfected that sauce and I have tried different versions of this sauce at various mom and pop restaurants, but man! their Mango Habanero is to die for.

Its perfectly sweet and has the high heat factor of a Habanero. So TIP TIP TIP:
    1. Order your wings extra saucy and extra crispy.
    2. Order your fries extra crispy with Desert Heat Seasoning.

Trust me you would not regret.

Alright that brings me to the point where I need to tell you guys why I gave 3 stars and not 4 or 5:

1.Buffalo wild wings won't tell you but their count of wings does not depend on actual count. They depend on WEIGHT. For example: if you order the "small" boneless its not a gaurantee that you will get 11 wings, you could get 8 cause they might be bigger in size. SO BUFFALO WILD WINGS, A PIECE OF ADVICE; MENTION THAT IN YOUR DAMN MENU! So people don't get confused and conned by you.

    2. Customer service man, it suckssssssssssss. There is no proper co-ordination. Tables are not properly cleaned and if they are cleaned, they clean with super wel towel. And have you ever put your hands on a table which has been just cleaned, and you sit and put your hands on it. Ewwwww! Yes its clean but not dry. When you tell that to your server, SHE GETS MAD And throws a bunch of paper napkins and says "IF YOU WANT TO DRY IT OUT, HERE YOU GO SIR! SOME PAPER NAPKINS!" And I am like wow what a "you know what". I mean glad they don't spit in your food and don't be surprise if they do.

    3. Don't ever come to this place on a Friday or Saturday. In fact their WINGS DISCOUNT DAYS ARE TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS ANYWAYS! But the reason not to come on these days are sometime crazy waits, but even worst than that are their RESTROOMS. Omg! Yes definitely come on a weekday.

    4. Sometimes their kitchen gets backed up and they make you wait for hours even though tables are empty.

Any franchise could be better with proper training and proper "out of the box" thoughts in regards to customer needs and management. And if BWW nails that down, they would become a really nice franchise.
